NEW DELHI: The Enforcement Directorate has initiated the method of restitution of flats price greater than Rs 20 crore to homebuyers of a Gurugram realty mission who had been allegedly cheated by the builder firm, official sources stated Wednesday. The method to restitute 78 flats of real homebuyers in these SRS initiatives has been initiated following the Appellate Tribunal, instituted underneath the Prevention of Cash Laundering Act (PMLA), issuing an order on August 12 permitting the ED to return these flats price a complete Rs 20.15 crore to their rightful claimants.
